EVENTS (2026-27 SEASON)
2026 Presentig Denver Dance Festival
Presenting Denver, in partnership with the Robert and Judi Newman Center for the Performing Arts, is thrilled to announce the 2026 Presenting Denver Dance Festival. Taking place from August 28 to August 30, 2026, this dynamic weekend-long event serves as a vital hub for Colorado’s diverse dance community, highlighting the critical role local movement artists play in the region's cultural landscape.
The 2026 festival will showcase nine premier Colorado dance companies and artists on the stage of the Byron Theatre at the Newman Center. This year’s highly anticipated lineup features performances by Nancy Cranbourne, Avid: Artistic Ventures In Dance, OddKnock Productions, Rouge Co. Dance Company, Raw Groove, In The Wings, and Jonnathan Ramirez.
In addition to these standout acts, the festival will celebrate two major milestones: the debut performance of the brand-new Presenting Denver Youth Ensemble and a special screening of Rambone Groit, a captivating dance film by Erika Anne Randall featuring legendary hip-hop choreographer Rennie Harris.
"Through this festival, our goal is to not only provide a platform for these incredible artists to further their professional careers but to invite the community into the vibrant, living art form that is Colorado dance," said Marisa Hollingsworth, Executive and Artistic Director of Presenting Denver.
